The Madhya Pradesh government has initiated the 'Chief Minister Youth Skill Earning Scheme' primarily to provide employment opportunities to unemployed youth in the state.


The objective of the Chief Minister Youth Skill Earning Scheme is to impart skills to the youth of Madhya Pradesh that can help them in gaining employment. This scheme also provides a stipend along with training in various sectors. Upon completion, applicants will be eligible for employment either in the same company where they received training or in other companies. The aim of this scheme is to provide employment opportunities to educated youth who are currently unemployed.


Eligibility for the scheme:

The youth applicant should be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.

The age of the applicant should be between 15 and 29 years.

The candidate ought to have passed the twelfth grade.

The applicant should not have any current employment.

  • Registration with institutions for the Learn and Earn Scheme: 7th June 2023
  • Commencement of online registration for applicants: From 15th June 2023
  • Contract with institutions and MP government: Starting from 31st July
  • Youth work will commence from 1st August, and by the end of August, they will start receiving a monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹8,500."
