- An applicant can apply in the same state where they have a proof of residence and knowledge of the local language, as long as they have
- passed 10th grade.
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Maximum age for MTS: 25 years
- Maximum age for Security Assistant: 27 years
- Age relaxation for OBC: 3 years and for SC/ST: 5 years
- Age calculation as on: November 25, 2022.
- Security Assistant: Level-3 (21700 Rupees - 69100 Rupees) in the salary matrix
- MTS: Level-1 (18000 Rupees - 56900 Rupees) in the salary matrix
- General / OBC / EWS: 500 Rupees
- SC / ST / PH and all women category: 50 Rupees
